Dedma Construction, which has started to make a name for itself with its projects in Başiskele, Yuvacık, Kartepe and Sakarya regions, did not forget its female employees on March 8, International Women's Day. Dedma Board Chairman Mehmet Ali Dede once again emphasized the value he places on women by presenting roses and gift cards to his female employees.
In his statement on the occasion of Women's Day, Mehmet Ali Dede said, "Our women are individuals who play the most important role both in business life and social life. Stating that Women's Day should show respect for women's labor, struggle and achievements, Dede expressed that as Dedma, they have adopted an egalitarian approach in their company culture and will continue their efforts for female employees to take more place in all areas.
